I am grateful to him and to the French Presidency for this. The French proposal is to shape the negotiating framework. The decision to include Bulgarians is a European approach. The French proposal guarantees human rights. The eradication of hate speech and the mechanisms for their eradication are set out in the minutes. If we had done things at the beginning of the French Presidency, we would have had a better Protocol. I am glad that Europe has accepted this position and stood by its principles. “
