Farmers have to comply with the law, according to Ministers Van der Wal and Henk Staghouwer (Agriculture). They don’t do that by driving tractors on the highway. “We condemn that,” said a spokesman for both ministers. Farmers are allowed to express their concerns and protest, but they must do so within the limits of the law, both ministers emphasize.
