Two cars and a lorry were involved in a collision on county road 65 in Orkdal in Trøndelag on Monday night.
– A woman in her 40s is badly injured and transported to hospital after a frontal collision, says operations manager Trond Hangås to TV 2.
The woman’s relatives have been notified.
A total of three people are involved in the accident, one in each vehicle.
Both air ambulance, police, firefighters and ambulance were sent to the scene.
– The driver of the other car is taken to the emergency room for examination, says Hangås.
Police suspect driving while intoxicated.
– We have called out forensic technicians to investigate the crime scene, in addition, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration’s accident group is on its way, says the operations manager.
