SABINOV. It was a big party. There was a stage for artists, attractions for children, refreshments and a raffle. MFK Slovan Sabinov football club celebrated the centenary of its existence in style.
One of the main attractions of Saturday afternoon in the city sports complex was the evening duel of the home quarter-league player with the leading second-league team FC Košice.
Although the Sabinovs still led the rejuvenated Košice team after almost an hour of play, the guests finally turned the match around and won 4: 1.
