The government will socialize the purchase People’s Spill Cooking Oil (MCGR) using the PeduliLindung application. The first trial will be carried out starting Monday, (27/6/2022).
Through PeduliLindung, monitoring the distribution of bulk cooking oil is claimed to be easier. In addition, PeduliLindung can provide assurance of the availability of affordable bulk cooking oil.
There are some changes to the way to buy bulk cooking oil starting Monday. Quote from booklet guide to buying Curah Rakyat Cooking Oil The Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment said on Sunday (26/6/2022) there were three steps to buying bulk cooking oil with PeduliLindung.
First, a buyer comes to a retail store that sells MCGR. The list of retail stores can be seen by: Click here. Then select the province and district / city, then click search market.
Second, scan the QR code at the retailer. Third, show the results of the QR code scan in the PeduliLindung application.
If the scan results are green, then you can buy MCGR. If it’s red, it means you can’t buy MCGR.
For the time being, the purchase of MCGR is limited to a maximum of 10 kg per NIK/day. Meanwhile, MCGR is still sold at the Highest Retail Price (HET), which is Rp. 14,000/liter or Rp. 15,500/kg.
Kemenko Marves claims this process will be faster, on target and the community will definitely get MCGR.
Then, if the buyer or consumer does not have PeduliLindung, they can still buy bulk cooking oil. consumers simply show their ID card to the merchant.
