Anies held the Jakarta E-Prix 2022 Friendly Night event, one of which invited MSME players who participated in selling in the Ancol Circuit area, including meatball sellers.
Hasto also questioned Anies why he had only now invited the meatball seller to the DKI City Hall. In fact, Anies has been governor of DKI Jakarta since October 16, 2017. remember I, Mr. Anies, have been governor since 2018 (2017, ed). Hasto accused Anies of showing a politics that doesn’t care about the little people. The reason is, after entering his five-year term, Anies only invited meatball traders to DKI City Hall. “So that’s an example of when politics doesn’t take root, so it’s too late to meet the small people,” he said.
Previously, Anies invited the meatball maker to the Jakarta E-Prix 2022 Friendly Night at the DKI Jakarta City Hall, Friday night WIB. The invitation was made amid a viral joke by the General Chair of the PDIP DPP Megawati Soekarnoputri so that Puan Maharani would not look for a partner like a meatball seller.
At the opening of the second PDI-P National Working Meeting, Megawati in her speech mentioned the meatball seller. At that time, Megawati had joked that she didn’t want to have a daughter-in-law like a meatball seller.
“So when I wanted to have a daughter-in-law, I already told these three children. Watch out you know if look for it like a meatball seller,” said Megawati, Tuesday (21/6/2022).
