TRIBUNJOGJA.COM – Hakan Calhanoglu could face sanctions from Inter Milan after his last interview about Zlatan Ibrahimovic and AC Milan supporters.
In the interview, the Inter Milan midfielder gave a tendentious assessment and seemed to attack players and supporters alike Rossoneri, even coach Simone Inzaghi.
According to the Blue-Black club’s view, what the Turkish player said has the potential to harm Inter Milan financially.
Ibrahimovic made headlines when he asked Milan fans to send a message to Calhanoglu during the Scudetto parade.
But Calhanoglu then responded to the problem when interviewed by Tivibu Spor yesterday.
He spoke on several topics, including the now deteriorating relationship between him and his former Milan team-mate, Ibrahimovic.
He even mentioned disagreements with Simone Inzaghi over who should be substituted in their crucial derby defeat against the Rossoneri in February.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport via PianetaMilan, Inter Milan are not happy with the content of the interview and could fine Calhanoglu.
The midfielder is thought to have failed to inform the Nerazzurri that he would be giving an interview to him in Turkey, which is against club policy.
