Lemar “has never refused” to renew with Atlético
Madrid, June 23 (EFE) .- Thomas Lemar, Atlético de Madrid midfielder, “has never refused to renew” his contract with the rojiblanco team beyond 2023, when the current one expires, according to what his agent, Arthur, assured on Thursday. Poupel, in statements to ‘L’Equipe’, where he remarked that the club made him a “first” offer at the end of last year, but he responded in January with a counteroffer to which they have not received a response.
