MOSCOW – Spokesman Kremlin Dmitry Peskov says, Ministry of Defense Russia will monitor how the armed forces are Ukraine use weapons from German and United States of America (AS).

He noted that the weapons, of course, must first reach the front line without being destroyed on the way.

The remarks came after Peskov was asked whether Moscow was willing to trust Ukraine’s promise to Western countries that it would not use the weapons provided to carry out attacks against Russia.

“We carefully record all episodes of the use of this weapon,” the Kremlin spokesman replied.

“So if any of these weapons reach the front lines and are not destroyed by our military, we will track how they are used.” Russia TodayThursday (23/6/2022).

Earlier on Wednesday, German Defense Minister Christine Lambrecht told lawmakers in Berlin that she had received assurances from her Ukrainian colleague Alexey Reznikov that Kiev would only use the weapons it received from the West for self-defense and would not use them to attack Russian territory.

It came after Germany delivered seven PzH 2000 155-millimeter self-propelled howitzers, along with other military equipment, to the Ukrainian armed forces the day before.
