Starting today, children 6 months and older can finally get a covid-19 vaccine
Last week, the FDA extended the emergency use authorization age for the Pfizer/Biontech vaccine, and the CDC signed it over the weekend.
You’ll find them at pediatricians’ offices and pharmacies.
As for side effects, there may be some pain at the injection site, headache, fever or chills, and you may even show signs of tiredness.
The modern vaccine for that age group has gotten the green light from the FDA but not from the CDC yet.
