YOUR ROLE – IT’S WAITING FOR YOU
As a consultant, you are the link between the specialist departments and the implementing IT. You design and manage the core business processes of our customers from the financial sector, which are optimized by IT solutions, select the appropriate technologies and test solutions. You lead, advise and accompany our customers in digitization.
As a consultant, your area of responsibility also includes:
- Analysis of existing business processes and IT system support, development of innovative, digital solutions and implementation of these in IT systems for our customers in the banking and financial services sector
- Conducting feasibility studies and system selection decisions
- Support of our sales process as a technical contact person related to IT
- Active participation in the technical orientation and further development of adesso, eg through the development of topics, specialist articles, communities and lectures
YOUR SKILLS – WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Completed business or computer science studies and/or training as a bank clerk, bank specialist or bank business economist
- At least 1 year of experience in IT-related projects, knowledge of business analysis, the creation of technical and IT concepts or testing and test management; also good knowledge of banking processes
- (Initial) knowledge in one of the subject areas of lending business, payment transactions, securities business or implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g. data governance)
- Knowledge of project management or Project Management Office (PMO)
- Methodological knowledge in business analysis, the creation of technical concepts or IT specifications, process analysis or, if necessary, testing or test management
- Experience with agile or hybrid working methods
- Proficient in German and English
- Project-related willingness to travel within Germany, possibly also Luxembourg or the Netherlands
