An evening to the sound of “courtesy and polyphony in the 13th century”. On Thursday June 23, 2022 at 6 p.m., a medieval choir concert will take place at Chartres (Eure-et-Loir)at the Museum of Fine Arts.
Music from the Middle Ages
This choir is part of the Instrumentarium de Chartres. Rich in 322 performances Listed with 27 different instruments present in Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Instrumentarium perpetuates this artistic heritage. It organizes concerts, visits to the cathedral, medieval music courses and participates in the training of teachers and professional musicians.
