Here are some foods that should not be consumed in excess. It needs to be avoided to keep the body healthy.
1. Processed meat

2. Margarine

The acrylamide content in potato chips increases the risk of colon cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, and rectal cancer. Avoid potato chips or make a healthier version at home.
4. Hot dog
Hot dogs contain many preservatives that are bad for health. Hot dogs are also high in sodium which increases the risk of cancer.
5. Milk
Reported from CNR, dairy products are associated with low nutrient absorption, migraines, arthritis, cancer, allergies, and asthma. Therefore, avoid consuming it too often.
6. Roast meat
Chemicals that enter the meat during the roasting process are associated with the risk of pancreatic cancer and breast cancer.
If you can’t stand it, try to limit your intake of roasts and consider adding a sprinkling of rosemary to roasts to reduce the amount of carcinogens.
