This is one of the consequences of the legislative elections in the Val-de-Marne. Daniel Breuiller, the former mayor of Arcueil from 1997 to 2016, is back on the political scene. The ecologist, who had stopped any mandate since the municipal elections, will enter the Senate at 69 years old. “It’s a new stage quite unexpected and which was not really my pattern of life”, he admits on Monday.
