The Rouen police arrested one of the two individuals implicated in a violent robbery in a meeting which took place on Thursday June 16, 2022, around 4:30 p.m., rue de la République, in the city center of Rouen.
Near Saint Maclou
The victim, a young man of 19, had the gold chain he wore around his neck ripped off. The two perpetrators of the theft fled in the maze of alleys around the Saint-Maclou church. They were caught at Place Barthélémy. A 17-year-old homeless man was taken into custody.
