Mark Zuckerberg Reveals WhatsApp Feature Most Requested by Users, What Is It?

“Now, you can send files on WhatsApp up to 2GB at a time, and they are protected with protection end-to-end,” the company wrote on its website. This increase in the ability to send files is quite significant.

As is known, so far the ability to send files in the WhatsApp application is limited to only 100MB. Therefore, this new capability is definitely more helpful for app users chatting belongs to this Meta.

According to WhatsApp, this capability improvement is expected to help collaboration between users, both for business and productivity purposes.

To optimize this feature, WhatsApp recommends users to use WiFi when sending large files.

“We recommend using WiFi to send large files and we will display a counter when (users) upload or download files to let you know how long the transfer will take,” he wrote.

In addition to being able to send large files, WhatsApp also increases the capacity for the number of users who can enter group chats. Now, it is possible for users to add up to 512 people to a group.

Both improvements are released along with the presence of features reactions for the users. Currently, WhatsApp only provides six reaction options that users can use, but in the future it will continue to be added.
