Satreskrim Polres Bogor and the Gunungputri Police arrested one of the four perpetrators of the shooting and kidnapping of residents of Cileungsi, Bogor, West Java (Jabar). Police secure airsoft gun used by the perpetrator to shoot the victim.
“Bogor Police, Cileungsi Police, and Satreskrim have succeeded in disclosing the perpetrators of violent crimes that were carried out together as regulated in Article 170 of the Criminal Code,” said the Police Chief. Bogor AKBP Iman Imanudin during a press conference at the Cileungsi Police, Friday (17/6/2022).
“The initials of the perpetrator are NL and while one person has been detained, one of the four perpetrators obtained from the investigation process,” he added.
Iman said the perpetrator had abused and took the victim from his home to a place in East Jakarta. While at home, the victim was beaten and shot with a airsoft gun by the perpetrator.
“The victim was taken from his house to the East Jakarta area for 3 hours and then the victim returned home and made a police report,” said Iman.
“The victim said he was shot? It was in his hand. The bullet stick on the victim’s skin,” he added.
Because of his actions, the perpetrator was charged with Article 170 of the Criminal Code with a threat of 5 years in prison.
“The criminal threat to the perpetrators is Article 170 of the Criminal Code with a threat of 5 years in prison,” said Iman.
As previously reported, a man claimed to be forcibly taken by a group of people armed with pistols in Cileungsi, Kabupaten Bogor. The man named Fuad Zamrudin (29) also admitted that he had been shot allegedly using a gun airsoft gun on the arms, back and waist.
Fuad, a victim of kidnapping and shooting, said the incident began when he was sleeping in his room with his wife and child. The perpetrators, totaling about 4 people, were already inside the house and broke into the room.
“I was in a sleeping position with my wife and children, then the perpetrator climbed into the bed, and kept on going.” beat me, beat while keep ‘mati ludead lu‘. I kept being hit with a fan while being pushed up crash cupboard, until the glass broke,” Fuad told reporters.
“I was shot in the room, up to 3 times, all of them were carrying pistols. I was shot in the right arm, back, waist,” he added.
