Ministry of Health Denies Monkeypox in Singkawang, Here’s the Explanation

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) denied it was found monkey pox (monkeypox) in Indonesia. The patient said that from his family, friends or from the environment around the patient, no one had the disease like the patient suffered. The patient had never been out of town or had family or friends from out of town or overseas.”

“On June 17, 2022, the current condition of the rash has dried up and the treating doctor diagnosed it as varicella. There was no sampling because it was diagnosed with varicella,” the report added.
