The Ligue 1 will return in August and the RC Lens will continue with a third season in a row in the top flight. To prepare well for this 2022-2023 financial year, several pre-season friendlies have been added to the Blood and Gold program. Here is the (almost) complete list.
The first meeting will oppose Lens to Paris FC, resident of Ligue 2, on July 2 at 3 p.m. at the Epic stadium, in Calais. On July 8, the Artésiens will receive their neighbors from Valenciennes FC at La Gaillette. The match is scheduled for 4 p.m. behind closed doors.
A busy schedule
On July 16, Franck Haise’s players will play two games at the Paul Lignon stadium against Rodezat 10:30 a.m., and facing Clermont, at 16 o’clock. Racing will complete its preparation with two matches at the Bollaert-Delelis stadium scheduled for July 23 and 30. The adversaries are yet to be defined.
As a reminder, the Ligue 1 calendar will be revealed this Friday, June 17. According The Parisian, Lens should receive Brest at the start of the championship. Response within the day.
