What are the Nipkow Disc and Reiss Microphones?
Since 1961, the Zilveren Nipkow disc and the Zilveren Reissmicrophone have been awarded to the best TV and radio program of the year respectively. This year the organization is commemorating the sixtieth anniversary of the media awards, which could not be celebrated extensively last year due to the corona restrictions. The jury of the Nipkow disk and Reissmicrophone consists of Dutch media journalists and critics.
