Registration for the congress is via ConfTool and is possible until September 19, 2022.

convention fees

After registration you will receive a confirmation and you can download the invoice and the registration confirmation on ConfTool. There you will also find possible payment methods. Please pay the congress fee by September 18, 2022. Payment on site is not possible.

The prices include catering (coffee, jour pastries) during the breaks and a guided tour of the city. Lunch (€9 each) and the social evening (€55) can be booked individually.

If the congress is held online due to the Covid situation, the presence tickets entitle the holder to online participation in all events offered during the entire duration of the congress. The ticket prices will not change due to a possible change.

cancellation conditions

Participants who have already paid the participation fee and are unable to attend the congress will receive the congress fee in the event of cancellation from 08/21/2022 non-refundable.

Cancellations must be announced in writing to the congress management (e-mail: [email protected]).
