On Tuesday night, the full moon reached its closest point to Earth since the beginning of the year. The first supermoon of the year was named ‘Moon of Strawberry’ by the North American Indians, because the month of June coincides with the harvest season of this fruit.
In Portugal, we can see two more supermoons this summer: the 13th of July and the 12th of August.
