A foreigner and a Ukrainian woman who satisfied their sexual desires in the presence of people on the beach in Odessa are threatened with imprisonment.
According to the police of Odessa region, these people “committed a gross violation of public order, which was accompanied by extreme cynicism, combined with demonstrative disregard for generally accepted moral norms, shamelessness and gross obscenity,” UNIAN reported.
“They were misled under Article 296, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The article provides for a sentence of imprisonment for up to five years,” said the Odessa Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
However, these punishments will seem light to them after they have been served with calls for mobilization and inclusion in the military register with subsequent departure to the front.
“Participants in an obscene act in one of the recreation places in Odessa are preparing to go through a medical commission. It will establish not only their state of health after the relevant common procedures. Doctors will examine them in connection with the reception of these unfortunate holidaymakers in the territorial centers for staffing and social support. The hormonal surge is now in the future, they can normalize during hostilities, “said Sergei Bratchuk, a spokesman for the Odessa regional military administration.
Earlier, a video appeared on the Internet, shot at the PUBLIC beach & club restaurant, located on the coast of Odessa. The video shows the sexual activities of the man and the woman. The man even smokes a hookah and the woman is on her knees in front of him.
Police said law enforcement officers found the video while monitoring advertising and news websites. After establishing the location of the filming, the police searched for the perpetrators.
