Jakarta –
Stopped by one of the famous food stalls visited by many people, this visitor was even shouted at by the shop owner. Even though he asked for the food menu.
In addition to the delicious taste of food, friendly service also plays an important role in making visitors return to the restaurant or place to eat. But often there are many restaurant and food stall owners, who are big-headed and feel they don’t need buyers, because their wares are already selling well and well-known.
This is what happened to a Singaporean tourist of Malay descent, who was on vacation in Melaka, Malaysia. Through Twitter @isusemasaviral (13/06), he shared his unpleasant experience, being yelled at and ridiculed while eating at a well-known food stall in Melaka.

“Before I liked to eat here. Today I brought my family from Singapore to eat here. But it’s sad, because we came to deliver money (sustenance). But their service is very bad,” wrote a woman named Sisyana.
At that time he was eating at a food stall called Restaurant 35, which served a buffet of Malay specialties. He and his family came at two o’clock in the afternoon, it was natural for him to ask what food could still be ordered.
Instead of explaining the existing menu. The shop owner actually snapped at Sisyana, because she asked if there was any menu.
“What time did you come? If there is an elephant menu, the elephants have already run out,” snapped the shop owner with a jutek. Even though Sisyana asked casually.
Lazy to serve the shop owner’s cheesy words, he who was already hungry ended up ordering food there. Actually Sisyana was lazy to eat there, but she remained patient. The climax was when Sisyana was busy choosing some of the food menus in the shop window, the owner of this shop again quipped Sisyana and her family.
“Choose food that doesn’t end,” the shop owner quipped. Until Sisyana is annoyed with herself, because it seems the shop owner has a grudge against him and his family. Fortunately Sisyana remained patient because she brought her family from Singapore.

“If you can’t order, just order an omelette. If you don’t have money, don’t take your parents to eat,” the shop owner quipped again in Malay.
Apart from being annoyed with the poor service, Sisyana felt that the food there was ordinary. He ordered a variety of vegetables, stingray curry, omelette, seafood and many more.
“Our total food order reached RM 240 (Rp 800,000). I didn’t use a question, I immediately paid it, even though the price didn’t make sense. If that’s true, that’s okay, but if he is exaggerating, let him be responsible in the afterlife, ” concluded Sisyana.
Sisyana felt that she was getting bad service, because the shop owner knew that she was not a Melaka person but a Singaporean.
This tweet went viral and garnered more than 11.5 thousand likes on Twitter. Apparently many Malaysian netizens had the same fate when they ate there.
“The food is not good, the price doesn’t make sense. And the shop owner also has no manners,” criticized one netizen.
“The price of food here is expensive, and not delicious. Regret ever eating here,” continued another netizen.
“Even Malacca people don’t want to eat here. Because the spicy and sour fish is not good, the service has always been bad,” concluded the netizen.
In addition to getting more than 11.5 thousand likes, there are more than thousands of replies criticizing the service of this food stall.
