According to Riskesdas until 2018, PTM in Indonesia has increased compared to the previous report. This can be seen in the 2013 Riskesdas, the incidence of Diabetes Mellitus reached 6.9%, hypertension 25.8% and stroke 7.0%. Then according to the results of Riskesdas in 2018, the incidence of Diabetes Mellitus increased to 8.5%, hypertension increased to 34.1% and stroke increased to 10.9%. This significant increase has an effect on being the highest cause of death in Indonesia
