Source LIGA.net in law enforcement said that the military got into an accident on Friday, and the events recorded on the video are taking place near the Skazka residential complex in the capital. The footage shows that a man in military uniform argued with the guards, threatened with a gun, and then fired to the side. According to the source LIGA.net, the shot narrowly missed the child. The man in military uniform in the video looks like Yuri Bobrov, colonel of justice, head of the legal support department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – head of the legal service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Reznikov did not tell the details of the incident, but wrote that he ordered an official investigation to be launched and the General Staff official to be removed. According to the Minister of Defense, his actions contain signs of not only a disciplinary, but also a criminal offense.
The commission of inquiry was headed by Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant-General Yevgeny Moysyuk. According to Reznikov, if it is confirmed that because of the actions of a member of the General Staff there was a risk to the life and health of the child, everything will be done for a fair punishment.
“Our soldiers hold back the hordes of the enemy, lay down their lives so that children in peaceful cities are as safe as possible during the war with Russia. When a person in a military position, having shoulder straps and dressed in uniform, uses his weapon in a residential area of the capital – there will be a reaction. If there were expectations of impunity, this is a mistake. I will inform you about the results of the investigation after it is completed,” the minister summed up.
