Slovak footballer Milan Škriniar will be forced to take a break for about a month and a half.
He was eliminated from the game by a muscle injury he suffered in Monday’s League of Nations match with Kazakhstan (0: 1). The Italian periodical Tuttosport informed about the health condition of the 27-year-old defender of Inter Milan.
Škriniar did not travel to other LN matches in Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan due to health problems. At the beginning of the week, the doctor of the national team, Ján Baťalík, informed the official website futbalsfz.sk that it was a damage to the back thigh muscles.
“The treatment will last more than a month, but it doesn’t have to be in a hurry, as there are no matches on the agenda in the near future.” added by the Italian media.
