Street Closures in New York City – NBC New York (47)

NEW YORK — The New York City National Puerto Rican Parade will return in person this Sunday, after two years of suspension due to the pandemic.

The celebration will travel down 5th Avenue in New York City from 43rd Street to 79th Street on June 12 starting at 11 a.m.

The following streets in Manhattan will be completely closed for the parade on Sunday at the discretion of the New York City Police:

  • 5th Avenue in between 44th Street y 86th Street
  • 6th Avenue in between West 43rd Street y West 49th Street
  • 43rd Street in between 6th Avenue y Madison Avenue
  • 44th Street in between 6th Avenue y Madison Avenue
  • 45th Street in between 6th Avenue y Madison Avenue
  • 46th Street in between 6th Avenue y Madison Avenue
  • 47th Street in between 6th Avenue y Madison Avenue
  • 48th Street in between 6th Avenue y Madison Avenue
  • West 51st Streeyou enter Rockefeller Plaza y 5th Avenue
  • West 58th Street in between Grand Army Plaza y 5th Avenue
  • East 60th Street in between 5th Avenue y Madison Avenue
  • East 63rd Street in between 5th Avenue y Madison Avenue
  • East 64th Street in between 5th Avenue y Madison Avenue
  • East 66th Street in between 5th Avenue y Madison Avenue
