Lebanese doctor Hosam Abu Meri and his wife, journalist Linda Abu Meri, have presented a book on Lebanese cuisine, according to Zane Piļka-Karaļeviča’s material “Organizing a Party in Lebanese Style” in the edition “Privacy”.
When asked who is the most tasty Lebanese dish, Linda reveals that she had to taste rather strange things, but they were delicious.
“I’ve eaten raw sheep’s brain with mint and garlic cream, raw liver and raw minced meat with spices. And everything is very tasty,” she reveals.
Speaking of getting to know another country’s cuisine, Linda says it was interesting. She recommends everyone to fry eggs and add cinnamon.
