The lawyer of the stateless minor born during the migratory journey of her Cameroonian mother, to whom the Justice has granted Spanish nationality, has stated that the 6-year-old girl “has had to fight against three States” to be able to access their fundamental rights.
Cameroon, the country of his mother; Morocco, the birthplace of the girl; and Spain, where both have resided since 2018 in San Sebastián, are the three countries involved in the case of this 6-year-old girl who has recently obtained Spanish nationality.
