Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria spoke about the couple’s video men making out at a cafe in Pancoran, South Jakarta. Riza asked that this kind of phenomenon does not happen again.
“It is our concern at the provincial government to keep Jakarta’s environment clean and orderly,” said Riza at DKI Jakarta City Hall, Jl Medan Merdeka Selatan, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (7/6/2022).
Riza realizes that Jakarta is a plural city that respects diversity. Even so, this incident was not something that was expected to happen.
“Indeed, Jakarta is indeed a big city, a very plural and heterogeneous city in Jakarta, all gatherings of all residents from Sabang to Merauke, almost all ethnic groups in the world, may be in Jakarta. However, an incident like this is something we did not expect, ” he said.
On the other hand, Riza realizes that his party has limitations in carrying out its supervisory function. For this reason, he invites the public to be active in reporting irregularities that occur in their environment.
“So please let the public inform us, later of course we will follow up,” he said.
As is known, a video of a number of male couples making out in a cafe in the Pancoran area, South Jakarta, has gone viral on social media (social media). Police acted on the incident.
In the video viewed detik.com, Tuesday (06/07/2022), a number of men were seen. Occasionally they display an intimate scene in the cafe.
The video is known to have been recorded at Wow Cafe, Jalan Warung Jati Timur Raya, Kalibata, Pancoran, South Jakarta (South Jakarta).
Pancoran Metro Police Chief Kompol Rudiyanto said there were parties who reported the incident. They are currently conducting an investigation.
“For now, further investigations are still being carried out on the problem and the police report, by coordinating with criminal experts and ITE experts,” said Rudiyanto through his statement, Tuesday (7/6/2022).
The incident is known to have occurred on Tuesday (31/5). The complainant received a complaint from a cafe waitress telling her that there was a scene deemed disrespectful at 21:55 WIB.
