Everything in the space station is simple, easy, average for us, it requires a lot of thoughtfulness, preparation and discipline. There is no long hot shower in space and toothpaste spat in the sink, the simple evening routine should be done using as little water and resources as possible.
This is shown to us by Matthias Maurer, whose accommodation is located in the Crew Alternate Sleep Accommodation (CASA) module of ESA’s Columbus Orbital Facility.
