As part of the project, the usable area would be expanded, additional windows would be installed on the outside facade and a photovoltaic system would be installed on the flat roof of the timber warehouse. In addition, the extraction system will be replaced and the heating system will be repaired. The project will cost a total of around CHF 2.89 million and should be completed by the end of 2023. The canton is contributing 2.16 million Swiss francs to the renovation, but the Great Council still has to approve the loan. (red)
