Bittner on the 131-kilometer-long route between Jeseník and Rýmařov was not enough in the finish only for Dan Kolz Sebastian Changizi. Vacek reached the finish line with the rest of the peloton with a two-second loss.

“We had to take care of a little more things today because we had a yellow man in the team,” said 19-year-old Bittner, who won the first stage of the Peace Race a year ago.
–
In the standings, Bittner, who was sixth in the prologue, moved up to first place second ahead of Changiz and Samuel Watson of the UK, who finished third today. Mathias Vacek is losing four seconds in fourth place.
