Not willing to play in Bandung, Persebaya writes to PT LIB about the Pre-season Tournament Venue

BOLASPORT.COM – Persebaya management has officially sent a letter to PT Liga Indonesia Baru (LIB) to review the Group C venue pre-season tournament 2022.

Group C pre-season tournament can actually be a big attraction because it is inhabited by strong teams.

This group consists of four teams that are in the top five finalists of Liga 1 2021.

Persebaya will compete against Bhayangkara FC, Bali Unitedday Persib Bandung.

All of the Group C phase matches took place centered in the city of Bandung, which is none other than Persib’s home ground.

Persebaya management expressed their disapproval of playing in the city of Bandung.

Yahya Alkatirias the manager of Persebaya, assessed that the match venue for Group C, known as the Hell group, was prone to causing problems.

“We have sent a letter to PT LIB last May 31 to review the Group C venue because it is playing in Bandung,” he said Yahya Alkatiri quoted from the East Java Tribune.
