The Ministry of Health reports that with a cut-off date of Wednesday, June 1, according to data from the Department of Statistics and Health Information, 56,897,029 doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 have been administered in the country.
Regarding the target population of 15,200,840 people, which considers people aged 18 and over, 13,908,234 first doses, 13,691,310 second doses, and 574,674 single doses have been applied.
Of this segment of the population, 95.28% (14,482,908) have received a single and first dose, and 93.85% (14,265,984) have completed their vaccination schedule against SARS-CoV-2, with a single and second dose.
During the day yesterday, Wednesday, June 1, of the target group of 18 years and over, 111,792 people were immunized, of which, no person vaccinated with a single dose, 539 with the first dose, 572 with the second dose, 7,074 with booster doses and 103,607 with a fourth dose.

Regarding the booster doses applied in the population over 3 years of age in the country, a total of 21,977,725 is reached considering booster doses and fourth dose. Yesterday, 123,304 doses were administered, of which 110,681 correspond to people aged 18 and over, and 12,623 between 3 and 17 years.

In relation to the vaccination of children and adolescents between 3 and 17 years of age, which includes a total of 3,771,960 people, 8,431,369 doses of vaccines have been administered in the country, where 92.33% of the population are vaccinated with the first dose and 86.49% with the second dose. Meanwhile, in the school group, between 6 and 11 years old, 3,457,911 administered vaccines are recorded.
