This marks the arrival, already announced, of Spotify as main sponsor (and stadium sponsor), in place of Rakuten.

“The new jersey pays tribute to this event and comes out on June 3 under the slogan ‘The flame is still alive’. It captures the spirit that marked this time when Barcelona was renovated and redefined in order to open up to the world, and the world in Barcelona”, says the club.

The top of the set is divided into two parts. The stripes blaugrana are not just two colors, but three: red of course, with two different shades of blue. Graphic patterns are incorporated and are meant to recall “the new light that has taken hold of Barcelona, ​​with the creation of new spaces and the connection with the sea”, According to club press release. The club also announces that it has replaced the UN logo. Instead, it is now that of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR/ACNUR).
