The health portfolio re-updated the sanitary protocol for the entry of nationals, foreigners and foreign residents to our country, from the age of 12, harmonized with the countries of the Southern Common Market (Mercosur).
The new protocol establishes that people who will enter the country must present a certificate of vaccination against the coronavirus y have the primary immunization schedule, which can be one or two doses, depending on the platform. The health authorities leave this way void the booster dose requirement.
As detailed in the document, signed by the dDirector of Health Surveillance, Guillermo Sequeraand other ministry officials, the new requirements will take effect this Thursday, June 2, 2022.
The vaccination certificate must be in English, French, Portuguese or Spanish with the basic information of the persons, with identification of the applied vaccine, the number of doses and the date of application.

Travelers who do not have a vaccination certificate
Likewise, the health regency indicated that travelers, from the age of 12, who do notor have a vaccination certificate must present a negative PCR test made in less than 72 hours of shipment.
People who had the disease from 10 to 90 days prior to entering the country must prove this situation with laboratory results.
Requirements for neighborhood and commercial traffic
People who enter the country in the local and commercial transit regime do not have health requirements, but they do have to prove their residence in neighboring cities.

For all cases, the health authorities urge to continue with the health measures to avoid outbreaks of covid-19. The use of the mask and the application of the booster dose are its main recommendations.
