In order to be right on target, the purchase of Pertalite and Solar will use MyPertamina

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The government through the Downstream and Natural Gas Regulatory Agency (BPH Migas) with PT Pertamina is currently working on technical instructions for the distribution of subsidized fuel oil (BBM), namely: Solar and Pertalite can be right on target.

BPH Migas Committee member Saleh Abdurrahman said that the plan in distributing Solar and Pertalite will utilize digital services MyPertamina.

Thus, purchases will be recorded and can be limited.

“Later (purchases) with the MyPertamina digitization system will be effective, so it can’t be refilled again,” he told Kompas.comWednesday (1/6/2022).

Customers will later be asked to fill in their personal data in the MyPertamina application. Then the data that has been entered will be verified by BPH Migas to ensure that the buyers of Solar and Pertalite are indeed entitled customers.

“So you have to register first at Mypertamina, then verify it by BPH Migas, which of course cooperates with relevant agencies,” Saleh explained.

However, in implementing the use of the MyPertamina application, there will be conditions that there are still many people who are not smartphone users. Therefore, technical matters in the field are still being studied and before being implemented, they will be socialized first.

“So it needs to be socialized first, then implemented,” he said.

Similarly, Pjs. Corporate Secretary of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, SH C&T Pertamina Irto Ginting said, regarding the implementation, socialization will be carried out first to ensure that the public has access to MyPertamina services.

According to him, the plan to use MyPertamina in purchasing Solar and Pertalite is still being prepared. He said, currently also focusing on determining the criteria for subsidized fuel recipients.

“So it’s still in the process, because the main thing right now is determining the criteria for subsidy recipients,” said Irto.
