Number porting works between all four network operators – ie between Orange, Telekom, O2 and 4ka. During the transfer, the customer requests only a new provider and arranges the entire process. When transferring the number via the e-shop or by phone, the period begins to run the day after signing the contract with the courier.

Number porting is very popular among clients. In recent years, O2 in particular has contributed to mass transfers between operators. Currently, the 4th operator obtains the most clients through transmissions, and Telekom is also doing well.

In 2021, O2 lost over 4,000 clients through O2 number transmissions, Orange lost almost 4.5 thousand customers, Telekom gained almost 7,000 and 4ka almost 10,000. Data to be transferred see a separate article.
