A quarterback in a Fan Controlled Football league took things too far with a celebration that caused outrage, and the athlete cost him his job for lighting up a marijuana cigarette.

Jason Stewartwho quarterbacked the Zapperscelebrated throwing a touchdown pass by lighting up a joint. He then smoked it on the field as he approached the sideline.

The Fan Controlled Football organization later issued a statement after Stewart lit the cigarette and announced that he had been cut.
