THE HAGUE – After ADO Den Haag’s lost promotion game against Excelsior, it was restless in and around the Cars Jeans Stadium. ADO went down after a 3-0 lead during a bloodcurdling penalty shootout. The ME entered the stadium immediately after the final whistle to bring players and referees to safety. The ME also carried out charges outside the stadium and several people were arrested.
