Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The price of gold bullion at PT Pegadaian is sold at a lower price in today’s trading, Sunday (29/5/2022). Four types of gold products sold by the pawnshop, namely Antam Gold, Retro Gold, Batik Gold and UBS, experienced a decline in prices today.
The gold is sold in various weight sizes, ranging from 0.5 grams to 1,000 grams.
In today’s trading, Antam’s benchmark 1 gram gold price edged down 0.29% to Rp 1,025,000, while for the smallest size 0.5 gram, 1,000 grams fell 0.17 and 0.21% respectively today.

Antam Retro recorded a decrease of 0.38% for the smallest size and 0.31% for the 1 gram size. Retro Antam gold itself is old gold packaging where the gold chip and certificate are separate. Retro Antam gold was last produced in 2018, and is available from 0.5 grams to 100 grams.

Another product offered by the pawnshop is Antam batik gold, which is Antam’s most expensive type of gold. The price of the most expensive gold fell 0.15% for the smallest size of 0.5 grams, while for the other two sizes the price fell 0.17%.

The movement of pawnshop gold prices is positively correlated with world gold prices, which will strengthen in line with the weakening of the United States (US) dollar.
On Friday (28/5/2022) the world benchmark gold price on the spot market was recorded at US$ 1,852/troy ounce, it was recorded an increase of 0.15% compared to yesterday’s closing price.
