Mons won 74-69 against Louvain on Saturday in match N.1 of the 4th round of the BNXT playoffs, the cross-border playoffs of the Belgian-Dutch basketball championship.
In the other match on Saturday, Antwerp lost 97-63 on the floor of the Dutch in Groningen.
The return matches are on Monday, with Antwerp hosting Groningen and Leuven hosting the Foxes.
The winner of Mons-Louvain will face the loser of the playoff final of the Dutch championship in the quarter-finals. Leiden and Den Bosch are at 2 wins everywhere.
