Downpour falls in Cartagena and wreaks havoc | THE UNIVERSAL

In the afternoon and evening of this Saturday, May 28, a downpour fell in Cartagena, causing havoc in the city.

Overflowing canals, flooded streets, a roofless house and a collapsed ceiling are some of the emergencies known to date.

The Cartagena Fire Department reported the fall of the ceiling in Manga, while the Cartagena Risk and Disaster Management Advisory Office (Oagrd) indicated that the El Pilón channel in San Fernando overflowed and a house in the 7 de Agosto neighborhood was part of the roof was blown off.
