The position of the former KGB agent, however, was inflexible: he stated that the negotiations are totally frozen due to the lack of initiative from kyiv, and pointed out that sending weapons to the troops of the attacked nation only “further destabilizes the situation and exacerbate the humanitarian crisis”.

At the same time, the Kremlin said that it is ready to find solutions to avoid food difficulties around the world, adding that it will allow Ukrainian grain exports to take place in a timely manner.
