Pay back 60,000 private credit right away? (law, money)

Hallo,

I was so naive and took out a €10,000 loan in my name for my ex-partner at the time. He told me he would pay it back. Of course he doesn’t do that now because he says he has no money. He has no job and no income.

I got him the money so he can pay his debts. We even paid some of the debts from my bank account. Could that be proof? Or are you not interested in banking?
on WhatsApp he often told me that he would pay me back or always pay the installments on time. Does that help?
I don’t want to be left in debt. He should take the credit.

I know it was stupid and naive. But if there is a way, please help me
