Sales advisor (F/M) in apprenticeship
Your tasks:
– Canvass customers in the hypermarket, shopping mall and Carrefour Market to recruit new Carte Pass customers
– Follow up with customers by phone to propose financing solutions
– Welcome customers to respond to their request and proceed to the discovery of new needs to multi-equip them
– Sell the range of financial and insurance products adapted to the needs of the client.
– Satisfy the customer’s needs by handling complaints and disputes and/or by directing the customer to the competent departments of the company.
– Build customer loyalty by providing answers to their questions and maintaining regular contact with them
Your profile :
– You are preparing a work-study BTS in Commerce or Bank Insurance and you want to be able to apply your knowledge and skills within a company that offers you real career prospects.
