Car traffic was therefore interrupted for a few tens of minutes, the time for the Hot Air Balloon to be freed from the roadway. This hot air balloon was in the colors of Sery Ouest, a company established in the town of Le Mesnil-Esnard, in the department of Seine Maritime, near Rouen.
