Parts of Moa, Åse, Lerstad and Breivika have lost power. There has also been a fire in a transformer kiosk in the area.

On Friday afternoon, there is a fault in the electrical network in the Breivika area in Ålesund. 1,658 power customers must be affected. The error must have occurred at 13.17.
Three quarters of an hour later, the 110 exchange reported a fire in a transformer kiosk in Breivika, and that the fire service is in control. There should be smaller amounts of smoke in the building.
Ålesund Hospital also lost power. As expected took the brand new reserve units quickly over the power supply to the hospital. According to a tipper, critical material went into battery.
Spjelkavik fire station moved out to a block of flats in Furmyra, where a person was stuck in the lift, reports Møre og Romsdal 110 on Twitter. The fire service has got the person out. The power outage was probably the reason why the elevator stopped.
According to the map to Mørenett, the current has flowed in an area between Åse, Moa and parts of Lerstad and Breivika (see map above). Mørenett states that they have found two faults in the power grid in this area.
In the 15s, almost 400 electricity customers are without electricity, according to Mørenett.
